Kevin Blackwell is now entering his 13th season as Head Coach of the Pirates after beginning his coaching career in Branson 17 years ago as a volunteer pole vault coach.   Before Branson, Kevin was fortunate to be an assistant on the State Champion Warrensburg Ladies Track team.  He has been married to Kelly for twenty + years and they have three children Hally (Class of 2018), Brady (2021), and Rae (2025).  The three guidelines for the Pirate Track team have always been; do the right thing, do your best, and treat others like you would like to be treated.
